After spending 15 years working with tired and exhausted women, Chantelle is very familiar with the perimenopausal transition of life and knows what truly drives the changes in perimenopause. She has made this stage much more bearable for many women over this time.


Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Complementary Medicine.
